Each and every owner of a lot in Chosen Valley Subdivision, who shall have paid all current dues, fees and assessments of this corporation shall be a member of the Association.

The dues paid by members shall be used exclusively to promote the health, safety and welfare of the members of the association and for the improvement and maintenance of the common area throughout the subdivision and for any other purposes that may be designated by the membership.
